monroe county school district received the Equity in distance learning act grant
Grant Award $745,664.00
This grant was used to purchase Chromebooks for all K-12 students to complete a "one-to-one" initiative for the district. All classroom teachers received Windows laptops.
In addition with a combination of the ESSER funds (Federal Programs) Chromebooks were purchased for all classroom teachers and wireless access was installed and made available in school parking lots and other outside campus areas.
